Horror High

This is the story of a school, an ordinary school in the middle of a sleepy town. The school always had a slightly creepy feel about it, the teachers sometimes spending hours in their lounge and going dissapearing all together at times. They really should have seen it coming. The school is filled with the usual cliques, Jocks who rule the sports field, Nerds who outsmarted the teachers at times, the shuffling packs of emos, the goths with enough makeup on that you weren't sure what colour their skin really was, the loners who were even seperate from each other, and the damsels who try to as popular as they can in any way possible. Usually nothing would bring these people together, except for one thing. Zombies. Now the students and teachers have to fight for their lives, banding together to survive against the seemingly never ending onslaught of undead. They have to fight down to the deepest bowels of the school itself (where ever they are) to see what causes these hordes of undead.

A new development has recently occurred. [Ravenclaw] and [Chel.] have agreed to be my Co-Moderators. Basically they are in charge of my dirty work. Seeing as how there are so many of us who are used to playing different ways the job belongs to them to jump down your throats if your being a stupid face. So be careful. They are none to trifle with.

2008-01-10 [Chel.]: But....why does this school have machine guns and weapons? If this was a recent outbreak, they would have to fend the zombies off with stuff at the school...like brooms, fire extinguishers...etc

2008-01-10 [Evolution X]: They do have that stuff, but the students sort of build up a small collection over the years. Do you mind? I happen to like this RP and I dont want to be bothered by logic.

2008-01-11 [Jeesum Crowe]: Like Buffy. The evil hell portal was ALWAYS under the school. But people still went to the school. And people still lived in Sunnydale, even though there were crazy vampires and shit rampant through the damn place.

2008-01-11 [Evolution X]: You can swear in moderation, like you dont have to say every single sentance with a swear word in it.

2008-01-11 [Evolution X]: OK, so some people are still doing their characters. I think I'll start this RP later today to give them the chance to send them in.
Now, the real question is, should we start this as if the people are in the school, come out of their classes and find themselves facing zombies, or should we do it as if these people are just hanging around after school and then they meet the zombies?

2008-01-11 [Artsy]: I think we need some intro first. Just starting with the zombies gives little room to actually get our charies to.. adjust to each other.

2008-01-11 [Evolution X]: what... hmmmmm... how about everyone's leaving the school at the end of the day... and the gates are locked? We turn around and go to see if we can find someone to let us out and then we start meeting zombies.

2008-01-11 [Evolution X]: Ok, then it's gonna start in the grounds (or if your character doesn't want to go home too soon you can put them somewhere else, so we dont all bury each other under posts.)

2008-01-13 [The Black Goat]: Hey, can my damsel in distress actualy do something to save her ass? Because seriously, that is so very cliche. Technically, I'd be a damsell and you don't see me battlign zombies with a hair curler! Hell no! I whip out the butcher knife I swiped from the school kitchen!

2008-01-13 [Ravenclaw]: I'm gonna let Evo answer that one. The Damsels where my idea but it was as comedic reliefe. A hair curler or prada tote can be used as a bludgenoning device.
